  • Coriander4 tablespoon
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Pea2 cup
  1. Remove the sardines from the can and wait in a bowl. Add the tomato, onion, pea and pepper set aside.
  2. Beat the egg whites, add the salt to the yolks and mix. Add the wheat flour and coriander.
  3. Grease a refractory with butter, put some of the dough, place the sardines mixed with the seasonings and then place the rest of the dough and bake until golden.
