  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 cup
  • Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Sauté the garlic and onion with two tablespoons of the oil, then add the bell pepper and pepper and saute until wilted.
  2. Add the tomato extract, half a cup of water and the sardines to the sautéed, let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. After sautéing, hit everything in the blender, return the sauce to the pan, adjust the salt and let it thicken.
  4. When it is very thick, turn off the fire and add the rest of the oil and the oregano to taste.
