- Water2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Butter/Margarine1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the couscous dough and then soak it in water, add the salt, mix well and then place it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, remove the dough from the fridge, grease the couscous pan with butter and place our dough in the couscous pan, then cook for 15 minutes.
