- Beans cups (about 500g)2 can(s)
- Water to taste
- Minced Garlic Clove1 coffee spoon
- Finely chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Separate and wash the beans. Soak it in a bowl of water overnight. If you are in a hurry, you can boil 1 liter of water and let the beans soak in this water for about 2 hours.
- Pour the softened beans into a pressure cooker and fill with water up to half of the pot.
- Cover the pan and leave on high heat. When you get pressure count 25 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, let the pressure cooker cool down for about 10 minutes and then open the lid.
- Add the minced garlic and onion. Then add the beans.
- Add salt and seasonings of your choice.
- Leave the beans on high heat until it boils and slowly stir until the broth thickens.
