  • Beans cups (about 500g)2 can(s)
  • Water to taste
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 coffee spoon
  • Finely chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  1. Separate and wash the beans. Soak it in a bowl of water overnight. If you are in a hurry, you can boil 1 liter of water and let the beans soak in this water for about 2 hours.
  2. Pour the softened beans into a pressure cooker and fill with water up to half of the pot.
  3. Cover the pan and leave on high heat. When you get pressure count 25 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, let the pressure cooker cool down for about 10 minutes and then open the lid.
  5. Add the minced garlic and onion. Then add the beans.
  6. Add salt and seasonings of your choice.
  7. Leave the beans on high heat until it boils and slowly stir until the broth thickens.
