Olive oil to taste
Water1 l
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Thyme (Optional) to taste
Rosemary (Optional) to taste

Start by heating a certain amount of water equivalent to your potatoes, meanwhile wash and cut them in half moons.
When the water starts to boil, add a generous pinch of salt, then add the potatoes for exactly 5 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. After the potatoes are finished, place them in a form.
Season with salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme to taste. Fill with enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
Leave them separate from each other to bring a more pleasant result.
Put them in the oven and leave for 40 minutes until golden, if your oven is gas, it may be longer.
In the meantime, mix them up.
