- Butter/Margarine1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Pre-cook the potatoes until you can pierce them with a fork. With the potato standing, cut in half and half of it, cut into 3 pieces (everything is in the video). Then just grease a refractory with butter and oil, season the potatoes as you wish and bake at 180° for 25 minutes or until golden. In the airfryer, use butter and oil directly on the potatoes and heat for about 15 minutes at 200°.
