Rustic potatoes in the oven or airfryer

Pré cozinhe as batatas até conseguir furar com um garfo. Com a batata em pé, corte ao meio e a metade dela, corte em 3 pedaços (tem tudo no vídeo). 

Depois é só untar um refratário com manteiga e azeite, temperar as batatas como desejar e levar ao forno a 180° por 25 minutos ou até dourar.

Na airfryer, use manteiga e azeite diretamente nas batatas e aqueça por mais ou menos 15 minutos a 200°.



Pre-cook the potatoes until you can pierce them with a fork. With the potato standing, cut in half and half of it, cut into 3 pieces (everything is in the video).

Then just grease a refractory with butter and oil, season the potatoes as you wish and bake at 180° for 25 minutes or until golden.

In the airfryer, use butter and oil directly on the potatoes and heat for about 15 minutes at 200°.
