  1. To make this recipe it is not necessary to peel the potatoes, however, wash them well. Try to remove the dirt and pesticides that may be accumulated in them. remove the parts that are defective and dry. Then cut at an angle to produce thick half moon-shaped slices and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the seasonings and drizzle them with oil. You can use in addition to salt, oregano, smoked paprika, thyme, fine herbs and etc...
  3. Place the potatoes in the airfryer basket and spread them out evenly. Avoid putting in too many potatoes at once, as they may end up wilting. Set the temperature to 200°C and bake in the arifryer for 15 minutes. The time will depend on your airfryer
