- Olive oil to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Bahian Seasoning to taste
- Cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Place the potatoes in a pan with water and salt and heat for about 15 minutes to pre-cook.
- Drain the potatoes, and place in a bowl. Add the seasonings and drizzle with oil.
- Transfer to the Air Fryer, and leave at maximum temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Check if the potatoes are already golden, if not, leave for another 5 minutes. If it's already good, just taste this delight 😋
