- medium potatoes6 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Fill a pan with water, salt and bring to a boil.
- Wash the potatoes well and, without removing the skin, place in the pan.
- Peel two cloves of garlic and add to the pan.
- Let it boil until the potatoes are soft.
- Drain and place in a bowl.
- Add the butter and milk and knead everything until you reach the desired consistency. I like to leave it a little "chunk".
