- 8 to 10 potatoes, salt, chimichurry, paprika, cumin, oil to taste
- Cut the Potatoes as if they were a half moon, in a pan with boiling water place the potatoes until they are aldente, drain the water with the help of a pasta colander and let it cool.
- In a greased shape with olive oil Add the Potatoes and the seasonings mix everything very well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the potatoes are golden. You can do it in the Air Fryer too if you have it.
