- Oil for frying400 ml
- Salt to taste1 g
- Rosemary to taste (optional)1 teaspoon
- Cut the potatoes in 4, without peeling.
- In a pot of sufficient size so that it does not spill, add water at room temperature and the potatoes for cooking, pre-cook the potatoes until you can pierce them with the fork.
- Turn off the heat, drain the water and reserve them. No washing with cold water, just drain.
- In another medium pan, heat the oil, with it already hot, add the potatoes little by little until golden, do not put them all at once so they don't get cold.
- Once fried, add august salt, rosemary or the herb of your choice and serve.
- PS.: Serves up to 3 people. Once ready, serve immediately. Enjoy your food!
