- zucchinis2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Herbs1 to taste
- Wash the zucchinis well and cut into 1 cm slices more or less.
- Place them in a greased shape with olive oil thread.
- Add salt to taste, herbs and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
- Bake on low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Accompaniment to a good dish of rice and grilled meat or chicken.
