- Salt1 to taste
- In a non-stick roast, distribute the vegetable cubes one next to the other, distribute the garlic cloves (with the peel) between the vegetable cubes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and rosemary over the vegetables. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are golden and tender. You can vary the vegetables and add the ones you prefer.
