- Ripe tomato5 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- Basil leaves to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the onion and tomatoes into cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients except the basil. Bake in oven at 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven to mix with a fork. Finish with basil leaves. If you prefer, you can mix everything in the blender after lagging.
