- Large Sweet Potato1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Peel the sweet potato and cut into small cubes.
- Place in a pan and cover with water. Add salt and cook until al dente.
- Drain. Place in a mold, season with paprika, drizzle with olive oil.
- Put the thyme on top and take it to the oven until it's dry.
