Reparta a abóbora ao meio, retire as sementes (que podem ser reaproveitadas) e corte-a em pequenos pedaços. Guarde a outra metade envolvida em plástico filme, para que se mantenha conservada por mais tempo; 

Divide the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds (which can be reused) and cut it into small pieces. Keep the other half wrapped in plastic film, so that it stays conserved for longer;

Pegue um refratário, regue com um fio de azeite e acomode os pedaços da abóbora já cortados com a casca para baixo; 

Take a refractory, drizzle with a thread of oil and accommodate the pieces of pumpkin already cut with the skin down;

Tempere-os  e regue-os com o restante do azeite;

Season them and drizzle them with the rest of the oil;

Cubra-os com o papel alumínio e leve ao forno médio por, aproximadamente, 50 min;

Cover them with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for approximately 50 minutes;

Com cuidado, retire o alumínio e verifique se a abóbora já está molinha. Se estiver, polvilhe o parmesão ralado e volte a abóbora ao forno já desligado, apenas para que o queijo derreta com a quentura; 

Carefully remove the foil and check if the pumpkin is already soft. If it is, sprinkle the grated Parmesan and return the pumpkin to the oven already turned off, just so that the cheese melts with the heat;

Obs.: Para esta receita, o forno não precisa estar pré-aquecido

Note: For this recipe, the oven does not need to be preheated.
