Lave e descasque as cenouras.
Coloque as cenouras inteiras em uma assadeira, coloque um fio de azeite em cada uma e leve para assar em por 20 minutos (200°).

Wash and peel the carrots.
Place the whole carrots on a baking sheet, put a drizzle of olive oil on each one and bake for 20 minutes (200°).

Retire as cenouras e corte no meio no sentido do comprimento. Tempere com sal, pimenta do reino e temperos a gosto. Eu coloquei páprica picante, curry e um toque de noz moscada.
Importante temperar bem e distribuir os temperos em todo o comprimento da cenoura.

Remove the carrots and cut in half lengthwise. Season with salt, pepper and seasonings to taste. I added spicy paprika, curry powder and a touch of nutmeg.
It is important to season well and distribute the seasonings along the entire length of the carrot.

Volte ao forno e asse por mais 20 minutos (200°), tirando na metade do tempo para virar!

Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes (200°), taking half the time to turn!
