  • Coriander finely chopped1/4 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice and zest1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Chili Pepper (with seeds for hotter)1 unit(s)
  • Oregano2 tablespoon
  • Red wine vinegar1/4 cup
  • Olive oil3/4 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Start by cutting the cabbage and setting it aside. Then mix the chimichurri ingredients. If you decide not to hit the blender, it is important that the ingredients are finely chopped. If you hit the blender, hit enough to mix all the ingredients and turn into a more flowing sauce.
  2. Season the cabbage with a part of the chimichurri and bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes or until the ends are golden.
  3. Remove from the oven, season with the rest of the chimichurri and adjust salt if necessary.
  4. You can eat it hot or take it to the fridge and eat it cold.
