- Butter to taste
- salt to taste
- Cook the potato with the skin on for approximately 10 minutes (not overcooked as it will be grated). Drain the water and place in the fridge until ready to make.
- Peel the skin off the potato, grate it into threads (thick) and add the salt.
- In the skillet, at medium temperature, put the chopped bacon and let it brown. Dry the bacon until all the fat is removed.
- Mix the bacon with the grated potato
- Put butter in the skillet and toss the potato with bacon. The butter will help brown the potato. Turn with the help of a plate, gluing more butter on the other side.
