  • Butter to taste
  • salt to taste
  1. Cook the potato with the skin on for approximately 10 minutes (not overcooked as it will be grated). Drain the water and place in the fridge until ready to make.
  2. Peel the skin off the potato, grate it into threads (thick) and add the salt.
  3. In the skillet, at medium temperature, put the chopped bacon and let it brown. Dry the bacon until all the fat is removed.
  4. Mix the bacon with the grated potato
  5. Put butter in the skillet and toss the potato with bacon. The butter will help brown the potato. Turn with the help of a plate, gluing more butter on the other side.
