Risotto with Sicilian Lemon

Primeiro tirar as raspas do limão para depois tirar o suco e reserve. 
Em uma panela colocar um fio de azeite e adicionar o alho amassado e a cebola cortada em cubos, para dourar. Adicionar o arroz e misture. Colocar o vinho e deixar evaporar por 1 minuto.

First remove the zest from the lemon and then remove the juice and set aside.
In a pan put a thread of olive oil and add the crushed garlic and the onion cut into cubes, to brown. Add the rice and mix. Add the wine and let it evaporate for 1 minute.

Adicionar aos poucos o caldo de legumes quente no arroz para cozinhar. Quando o arroz estiver al dente colocar o cogumelos e misturar bem. Colocar o sal e a pimenta  do reino, suco de limão e misturar.

Gradually add the hot vegetable broth to the rice to cook. When the rice is al dente, add the mushrooms and mix well. Put the salt and pepper of the kingdom, lemon juice and mix.

Quando estiver totalmente cozido o arroz colocar as raspas de limão e misturar bem. Colocar o queijo ralado e a margarina e misture. Depois pode servir e se quiser pode colocar um pouco de aspas de limão em cima.

When the rice is fully cooked, add the lemon zest and mix well. Put the grated cheese and margarine and mix. Then you can serve and if you want you can put some lemon zest on top.
