  • Arboreal Rice11/2 cup
  • Roasted Ham (Left)200 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Beef Broth4 cup
  • Mozzarella60 g
  • Green Smell30 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Oil to taste
  1. First cut the leftover ham and onion into cubes, set aside. Place a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the crushed garlic to brown. Then put the shank and onion to gold too.
  2. Add the rice to the pan and mix, gradually add the meat broth to the rice and mix constantly. Add the meat broth and add the salt. You have to cook all the rice, finally add the mozzarella and butter. Mix well. Turn off the heat and you can serve it just like that or with grated cheese on top.
