  • Arborio rice1 cup
  • White wine1/2 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Cheese100 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth1 l
  • Parma200 g
  1. In a pan, saute the diced onion.
  2. Add the arborio rice and let it cook well, then add the wine and let it evaporate.
  3. Now add the hot vegetable broth one ladle at a time and stir well! Repeat this process until the rice is aldente.
  4. With the rice already aldente finish with butter and cheese and turn off the heat the base risotto is ready
  5. Take the Parma to the air fryer for 5 min or until it becomes crispy, and finish the risotto with it
