- Arborio rice1 cup
- Vegetable broth1 l
- Cherry tomato1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Basil to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- White wine1/2 cup
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Onion to taste
- In a pan, start by sautéing the onion in olive oil.
- Add the arboreal rice and let it simmer add the wine and wait for it to evaporate season with salt and black pepper
- Now add the hot broth in ladles one at a time add a ladle of broth, wait for it to reduce and add another one so on until the rice is aldent
- Finish with tomato butter cheese and mix well.
- Decorate with basil and more tomatoes
