  • Recipe
  • Arborio rice1 cup
  • White wine1/2 cup
  • Vegetable broth2 cup
  • Leek1/2 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Parmesan100 g
  • Cold butter2 tablespoon
  • salt and the immense of the kingdom to taste
  1. In a pan sauté the onion and garlic
  2. Add the rice, mix everything and add the white wine, wait for it to evaporate
  3. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the vegetable stock, ladle by ladle, mixing constantly until the rice is aldent
  4. Finish with parmesan and chilled butter, mix well and it's ready to serve.
