  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Rice2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon
  1. Saute the leek and onion in the olive oil. Add the 2 cups of rice and saute. Add water and keep stirring constantly. Add salt to taste. When the rice has cooked, add the cheeses. Stir until the cheeses melt and it's ready. It can be served alone or accompanied as in the description photo.
