Ricotta150 g
Breadcrumbs100 g
Egg1 unit(s)
grated cheese50 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Smoked paprika to taste
Parsley to taste

In a bowl, break up the ricotta and add the breadcrumbs, cheese and seasonings.
Add 1 egg to the dry mix and check that when trying to make balls, the dough is not falling apart. If it is not yet ready to roll, add a little water, OR 1 more egg.
Finish with a little parsley and roll up to the size you prefer.
Suggestion: Use them in a red sauce as an accompaniment to a delicious spaghetti (like the one in the photo).
