  • cherry tomato300 g
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme to taste
  • Ricotta300 g
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Sicilian lemon zest1/2 unit(s)
  1. In a refractory that can go in the oven, place the tomatoes, olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper and thyme.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 many.
  3. In a food processor, blend the ricotta with the cream, salt, pepper and lemon zest.
  4. Place the ricotta cream on a plate and the cooled roasted tomatoes over the cream.
