- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Pitted Olives2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Crumble and mash the ricotta well. Season with salt, pepper and green smell.
- Add the cream and finely chopped olives. Mix well.
- If you want, you can mix everything with a mixer for a thinner paste.
