  • Fine cassava flour4 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Leek1/2 cup
  • Chopped Olives1/2 cup
  • Raisins1/2 cup
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Silver banana cut into slices03 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chives, finely chopped to taste
  1. In a hot skillet, sauté the garlic with a little butter.
  2. Add the leek.
  3. When the garlic is golden, add the eggs and fry.
  4. Add the sliced banana.
  5. Put the rest of the butter and when it melts add the flour. Stir a lot.
  6. Add the olives and raisins. Taste the salt.
  7. Turn off the heat and add the chopped chives.
  8. Note: I use fine yellow manioc flour or copioba.
