- Rice1 cup
- Chopped Cabbage to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Minced chicken200 g
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Colorau1 coffee spoon
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Any other vegetable you like, finely chopped or grated to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fry the chopped chicken in a pan.
- When the chicken is well fried, add the salt, onion, parsley and garlic and sauté.
- Add the paprika and fry it a little.
- Add the vegetables and mix well.
- Add the washed rice and stir well for about 2 minutes.
- Put water in the pan until the ingredients are covered and let it cook on low heat.
- Once the water dries up, it's ready!
