- Tuscany300 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander and parsley, salt0 to taste
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Rice1/2 kg
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Boil Tuscany for 5min (so it doesn't crumble when cut)
- Cut the onion, pepper, tomato, cilantro and parsley and set aside
- Cut the Tuscany into slices and place a pan with oil on the fire.
- When the pan is hot, put the Toscana and let it fry
- Put the crushed garlic clove and let it fry a little
- Add the rice and touch up a little
- Add onion, tomato, cilantro, parsley and touch up for 5 min.
- Add the tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
- To finish, adjust the salt and leave for another 2 min on the fire and then serve yourself.
