  • Pork ribs marinated with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, onion, garlic, juice of 1/2 Sicilian lemon.1 kg
  • Dry red wine150 ml
  • Rice2 cup
  • Boiling water1 l
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Watercress to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, brown the ribs, add the wine and when it evaporates, add 2 cups of hot water and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  2. In another pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion, carrots and peppers, add the rice and sauté.
  3. Add the hot water and the ribs with the cooking broth. Adjust the salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until the rice is soft. Put out the fire, finish with green smell and cress leaves.
