- Recipe
- Pork ribs marinated with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, onion, garlic, juice of 1/2 Sicilian lemon.1 kg
- Dry red wine150 ml
- Rice2 cup
- Boiling water1 l
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Watercress to taste
- In a pressure cooker, brown the ribs, add the wine and when it evaporates, add 2 cups of hot water and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
- In another pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion, carrots and peppers, add the rice and sauté.
- Add the hot water and the ribs with the cooking broth. Adjust the salt and pepper.
- Cook until the rice is soft. Put out the fire, finish with green smell and cress leaves.
