- Raisins to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Boiling water2 l
- Take a deep pan and put oil, salt and garlic, then put the rice.
- Let it fry, about 2 minutes, stirring so it doesn't stick, and put the raisins.
- Add the water and let it cook, when the water is dry, turn off.
