Primeiro coloque todos os ingredientes dentro  da panela com óleo 

First put all the ingredients into the pan with oil.

Depois lava o arroz joga na panela com os ingredientes 

Then wash the rice throw it in the pan with the ingredients

Adiciona a abóbora,deixa cozinhar por 10,até cozinhar o arroz ,depois abafa,deixa 5 minutos em fogo baixo,fica no pronto quando o arroz estiver bem soltinho 

Add the pumpkin, let it cook for 10, until the rice is cooked, then smother it, leave it on low heat for 5 minutes, it is ready when the rice is very loose
