Rice with Pequi and Egg

  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Pequi4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce100 g
  1. In a pressure cooker put the oil and the chopped pepperoni to fry.
  2. After frying the pepperoni a little add the garlic and onion jokes and let it fry for a while longer.
  3. Add the rice along with the pepperoni, the salt, the pequi, the tomato sauce, and add 500ml of water.
  4. Put on pressure, after getting the pressure leave for 5 minutes and turn off.
  5. Cook the eggs and set aside.
  6. Once the rice is ready, place it in a refractory and add the eggs.
  7. Note: If you wish, put mozzarella cheese on top and take it to the oven until the cheese melts.
