- Pequi500 g
- Rice2 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Olive oil50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chop the sun-dried meat into small pieces, put it on pressure for 25 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, let the pressure release and drain well.
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onion, add the meat and pequi and add the salt. Stir for 15 minutes.
- Add the rice without mixing, put the hot water.
- Let it cook until the rice is soft.turn off the heat.
