Pique a carne de sol em pequenos pedaços, leve para a pressão por 25 minutos.

Chop the sun-dried meat into small pieces, put it on pressure for 25 minutes.

Desligue o fogo deixe sair a pressão escorra bem.

Aqueça o azeite em uma panela, doure o alho picado e a cebola, junte a carne e o pequi e adicione o sal.mexa por 15 minutos.

Acrescente o arroz sem misturar ,coloque a água quente.

Deixe cozinhar até o arroz ficar mole.apague o fogo.
