Rice1 cup
Lentils1 cup
Bacon300 g
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic1 unit(s)
Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
Chives and Parsley to taste

Put 1 cup of lentils to cook in the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 bay leaf, for 3 minutes after the pressure cooker starts.
While the lentils are cooking, brown the bacon in a pan, remove and set aside. In the same pan, brown the garlic and rice, season with salt and then add 1 cup of water, cover and cook.
Cut the onion into half moons, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil, add the wheat flour and mix. Place in the airfryer for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200°
Add the rice, the lentils only the grains without water, the bacon, the crispy onion and the chives, mix everything if necessary, adjust the salt and pepper.
