- Salt to taste
- Blonde1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Oil1 cup
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Prepare the white rice. Preferably to the point.
- Cook the lentils with a little water, 1 clove of garlic, 1 bay leaf and August salt. The lentils should be on point, don't let them fall apart. Run and book.
- Cut the onions into cubes, with 1 cup of oil fry until they are golden. Drain and serve.
- In a container place the rice, lentils and golden onion, black pepper, green smell and olive oil mixing all the ingredients.
