sausage1 kg
Cooked rice to taste
Sour cream2 can(s)
Cottage cheese1 can(s)
Seasonings to taste
shredded mozzarella cheese to taste

Cut the sausages into slices and sauté with garlic, onion and seasonings to taste. Then add the two boxes of milk cream and the curd, stirring a lot.
Place layers of already cooked rice in a refractory. The mixture with the sausage finishing with the grated mozzarella cheese. (You can reuse the rice from the day before)
Place in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. And give it a gold. It's delicious and creamy.
