Salt1 teaspoon
Pepper1 teaspoon
Olive oil1/2 cup
Coriander80 g
Water600 ml

First put the oil in a pan, heating the garlic and onion and browning.
Then add the water, salt, pepper and cilantro. Cook and mix with the spoon, adding the rice and sausage. Let it boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Then cover and place on low heat. Let it cook slowly and mix with the seasonings for 20 minutes. Turn off and consume.
