- Cooked parboiled rice2 cup
- Coarsely chopped nuts (walnuts, cashews, Brazil nuts, almonds)3/4 cup
- Chopped red onion1/3 cup
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Heat the butter together with the oil in a pan and brown the onion.
- Add the chestnuts, salt and sauté for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the rice and mix. Stir until heated through. Serve immediately.
