- grated carrot1 to taste

- Oil2 tablespoon

- Hot water2 cup
- I started by peeling the carrots and grating them. Then the onion and grated it too. I peeled the garlic and chopped
- Now in a pan put the oil and onion. I let it cook for about 2 minutes. Then I added the chopped garlic and let it fry a little longer.
- I added rice and carrots. I added salt and let the rice cook for about 5 minutes. Stirring all the time so that it stays well bouncy.
- Then I added the hot water and let it cook. Once all the water dries up, it will be ready. just serve
