- Rice | 1 cup
- grated carrot | 1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic | 2 unit(s)
- Oil | 2 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 tablespoon
- Water | 2 cup
Recipe
- I started by peeling the carrot and grating it and setting it aside.
- In a pan put the oil, chop the garlic very finely and turn on the fire. Let it fry for 3 minutes add the rice and grated carrot and salt. Stir well to fry the rice. Put the 2 cups of water and leave the pan half covered.
- As soon as the rice dries water, cover the entire pan and lower the heat and let it dry until there is no more water. Or count 4 more minutes and turn off and serve as you prefer
