- Sliced Carrots1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- I started by cutting the garlic and putting it in the pan with a little oil.
- Fry for about 3 minutes and add the rice, salt, and carrot. Stir for another 3 minutes and add the water.
- Leave the pan half covered. As soon as the rice starts to dry on top. Lower the heat and cover the pan and leave for another 5 minutes on low heat until all the water dries up.
- Then and only serve as you prefer simple and fast
