Retire a pele e corte em pedaços a linguiça e frite com sua gordura de preferência, Depois de fritas, adiciona tomate, pimentão, cebola e coentro, em seguida o arroz, pitada de sal e a água até cobrir para  o arroz cozinhar. Fique sempre de olho para não grudar.
Quando o arroz estiver cozido e já secando, adiciona a maionese (a gosto também), mistura bem e desliga.
Se quiser, coloca queijo parmesão ralado por cima. Fica uma delícia!
