  • Pine Nut100 g
  • Jambu (leaf and flowers)100 g
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bottle butter1 dessert spoon

  1. Saute garlic and onion in bottle butter (northeast);
  2. Add rice, salt and pequi oil (Midwest/North of Minas);
  3. Incorporate the chopped pine nuts into thin slices
  4. Place the chopped jambu leaves (north)
  5. Add hot water to the rice in the proportion of two measures of water to one of rice.
  6. Serve decorated with halved pine nuts and jambu flowers. It's great to accompany ribs with ora-pro-nobis ;)
