- Rice2 cup
- Pine Nut100 g
- Jambu (leaf and flowers)100 g
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bottle butter1 dessert spoon
- Pequi Oil1 tablespoon
- Saute garlic and onion in bottle butter (northeast);
- Add rice, salt and pequi oil (Midwest/North of Minas);
- Incorporate the chopped pine nuts into thin slices
- Place the chopped jambu leaves (north)
- Add hot water to the rice in the proportion of two measures of water to one of rice.
- Serve decorated with halved pine nuts and jambu flowers. It's great to accompany ribs with ora-pro-nobis ;)
